Restructuring of the assets & liabilities

With the consequences of the 2008 worldwide financial crisis still looming in the background, new micro and macro disturbances are unavoidable, crisis cycles are shortening along with the dramatically shortened lifecycle of the products and increasing competition. Most of the companies did not escape the recent crisis without reduction of the value of their assets or struggling with ever growing debtors count. Mergers & acquisition

In the last 15 years Advent partners have lead several M&A transactions in the financial sector, with the success rate of over 70%.
